Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on orders of $15 or more.
Orders under $15: $6.99 flat-rate standard shipping.

Delivery times

Orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days of being placed. Delivery can take longer during the holiday season or bad weather. If you're buying as a holiday gift, please order early.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it. Orders may arrive in more than one package; you'll get tracking for each.

Address changes and cancellations

Need to change your address or cancel? Email us at pbscaling@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can make changes until your order ships.

Lost or late orders

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days, contact us at pbscaling@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help! Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
