These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Pawfloe Store website and any purchase you make from us. Pawfloe Store ("we", "us", "our") operates this store on Shopify. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Orders. When you place an order, you're offering to buy the products in your cart. We may accept or decline any order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners; we don't store your full card details.

3. Products. We try to show our products, colors and sizes as accurately as we can. Screens display colors differently and sizes are approximate, so please use our size guide before ordering. Boots are pet accessories and should be used under supervision. Check the fit, introduce them gradually, and remove them if your pet seems uncomfortable.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds. Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Promotions and discount codes. Sales and discount codes are valid only for the stated period, can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Use of the site. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, accessing it by automated means without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the site, including text, images and logos, belongs to Pawfloe Store or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and products are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

8. Privacy. How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States.

10. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it's posted.
